SolutionsQuotes & orders

From customer request to approved order.

Keep the items, price, approval, and delivery details together.

The starting point

Preparing a quote means checking several sources. Once it is accepted, the delivery team re-enters the same details.

What changes.

We connect incoming requests to product information, pricing rules, approval steps, and order records. People resolve exceptions before the order proceeds.

A working example

Keep approval with the quote.

An unusual discount needs your decision. The price and approval stay together through the handoff.

  1. Review the exception
  2. Approve the price
  3. Prepare the handoff

Demonstration. Example records stay in this tab. No external system is contacted.

What we check first

We test the request through to the receiving team. The quote demo blocks an out-of-rule discount until a person decides, then creates an order. An interrupted handoff can be retried without duplicating the order. All records stay in the demo.

  • Product and pricing data need defined owners. Missing or stale information must not become an invented answer.
  • Approval stays tied to the exact items, quantities, and price. Duplicate orders and failed handoffs need recovery rules.
Support after launch

We scope support with sales and delivery around connection failures, pricing changes and exception handling.

Make it work for your business.
