Information you provide

Our inquiry and conversation forms ask for your name, your email address and a description of what you would like help with. A project or solution name may be attached as optional context, which you can remove before you send the form.

We use these details to understand your request, decide whether we can help, and reply to you. We do not sell them, rent them, or share them with anyone for marketing.

Please leave passwords, API keys, customer records, payment details and other sensitive information out of the form. It is not needed for a first conversation and we would rather not hold it.

How inquiries are delivered

When you send the form, our website checks it for spam and duplicates and then emails it to Conrad. The email is sent from our own domain through Cloudflare, which hosts this website and delivers our email. It includes your name, email address and message so that we can reply to you directly. Your inquiry is not sent to an AI service and is not used for analytics.

Each submission carries a random reference so that retrying the form does not send the same inquiry twice. Our abuse controls keep a short-lived, hashed representation of your network address and a request count for about an hour. We keep the text of your inquiry out of application error reports.

The form tells you whether your inquiry was accepted for delivery. If it cannot confirm that, it says so and keeps your text in place so you can try again.

Interactive examples

The interactive examples on this site use sample records held in your browser, which reset when you reload the page. They do not place calls, send messages, book appointments, update a real business system or store what you type. Editable assumptions are for exploration, not forecasts. Please do not enter private customer or operational information into them.

Technical data and browser storage

Cloudflare serves and protects this website and may process network addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error information to do so, under its own privacy terms. A session-only browser flag remembers whether you have seen the homepage introduction; it contains no personal information and is never sent to a server. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no marketing analytics script.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry emails are kept in our business mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence, and are then deleted in the ordinary course of business. If you become a client, information about the engagement is kept under the terms of that agreement.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including the rights available to Illinois and California residents. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, inquiry handling runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and access to the mailbox that receives inquiries is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Updates

We update this notice when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated notice.
