Your systems, working together.
Connect the records and updates your team keeps copying by hand.
The starting point
An accepted quote still needs copying into another system, and the sales team has to chase delivery updates.
What changes.
We connect applications and databases, match their records, and pass updates between them. Failed handoffs stay visible so someone can resolve them.
A working example
Keep the request and next step together.
Match a request to the right customer and assign a follow-up without creating duplicates.
- Read the request
- Match the customer
- Assign the follow-up
Demonstration. Example records stay in this tab. No external system is contacted.
What we check first
We test complete handoffs, including missing information and service failures. The follow-up demo matches an inquiry to a customer record, assigns a task and prevents a repeated request from creating another task. All changes stay in the demo.
- Available APIs, access permissions, and vendor limits determine which connections are possible.
- We define which system owns each record, how duplicate updates are handled, and how failed transfers are retried.
Support after launch
We agree how connections are monitored, who handles failed transfers, and how vendor changes are maintained.
