Keep field work in sync
Bring offline work back to the office without overwriting a newer decision.
You are reviewing an earlier step. Current records are preserved.
Step 1 of 4
Work continues without a signal.
Three field changes are safely queued in this example tab.
Inspection completed. Pump visit moved to 10:00 AM. Meter reading recorded at 418 units. The office may have changed the same schedule while the device was offline.
Scripted customer call
Ready when you are. Nothing advances until you choose an action.

How this works and what it proves
Three queued changes carry the office version they were based on. Matching versions can update directly. A changed schedule needs a person to choose which version to keep. A repeated sync recognizes the same changes and creates no duplicates.
- The example compares base versions, not timestamps or an AI guess about which edit is better.
- A conflicting field change cannot overwrite the office record without an explicit choice and approval.
- Acknowledgment keys prevent repeated sync from applying the same edit twice.
- Connection loss and reconnection are simulated. Data stays in memory and is cleared when this page is reloaded.
