How this works and what it proves
Fixed rules compare vehicle capacity, travel time and collection deadlines. An infeasible plan cannot be applied. Your approved choice updates all three example assignments together, with safe retry after an interrupted handoff.
- Feasibility uses explicit vehicle capacity, travel minutes and collection deadlines. This is a comparison of three plans, not a global route optimizer.
- Each stop takes 20 minutes. Every collection must appear exactly once, and arrival must meet its deadline.
- Modeled plan cost = driving minutes × $1.20 + $45 per assigned vehicle. It is an illustrative operating cost, not cash saved or earned revenue.
- Traffic, breaks, legal duty limits and live vehicle locations are outside this fixture. No dispatch message is sent.
